3. Subscription Packages and Refunds

• Access Control: Full access to premium test series, PDF notes, and courses is granted only upon verified subscription payment.
• No-Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our preparation resources and immediate access to study databases, payments for subscriptions, online courses, and digital materials are non-refundable.

4. User Code of Conduct

• Academic Honesty: Students are expected to use the platform for genuine learning and exam preparation. Attempting to bypass online test timers, exploiting website features, or scraping questions is prohibited.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Disclaimer: While we strive to provide the most updated and syllabus-aligned test preparation content, passing armed forces examinations depends entirely on the candidate’s personal performance, academic ability, and physical/medical fitness. Shaheen Forces Academy does not guarantee selection.
• Service Availability: We aim to keep our digital platforms online 24/7, but we are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or hosting server issues.
